The retreat week incorporates Ash Wednesday and the descent into Lent. Use this opportunity to reflect on those things which are pertinent to you, with the help of a daily conversation with a spiritual director and common prayers four times a day with the resident community. The quirky old building with many different spaces available, a craft space, the monastic history of the ruins, the beautiful gardens and the local walks offer a fantastic setting for you to make most of your retreat. This is a silent retreat.

The retreat is facilitated by the Spiritual Directors' Network of Blackburn Diocese.

The cost of the retreat is £430 per person, including food and accommodation.

Please bring with you a Bible, a journal and pens, as well as suitable clothing for walking outdoors.
