Maranatha Yoga: ‘Keep Fit; Keep Faith’

Join us for a day of Maranatha Yoga, inspired by yoga and Christian spirituality, in which to harness yoga disciplines that harmonise and unite body, mind and spirit, enabling a prayerful way of offering our whole selves to God in daily worship.  A perfect way to prepare for silence and stillness together in Christian Meditation.

Leader: Christine Pickering BSc is a qualified yoga teacher and has been a teacher trainer with the British Wheel of Yoga. She is the founder of Maranatha Yoga (see her book Maranatha Yoga: A Preparation for Christian Meditation ISBN 9781782183549, published in 2019).

Please bring a yoga mat plus a small towel to fold for additional support and a shawl or blanket to cover and keep warm in times of relaxation and meditation.

The cost for the day is £37, including lunch.
