An afternoon with a guided walk with history of the Abbey and afternoon tea in the Great Hall, ending with optional evening prayer. The walking tour starts outside the chapel door on the ground floor at 3 pm and the afternoon tea is served just after 4 pm. Evening prayer with the resident community takes place at 5.30 pm in the Chapel.

Catherine Fletcher is one of the volunteer guides at Whalley Abbey and has a personal interest in history.

The cost is £25 per person.
